Wingstop is planning a new restaurant at 1060 Hero Way, Suite 220, according to a state regulatory filing.
The company plans to renovate 1,966 square feet of existing commercial space to accommodate the restaurant. The estimated cost of the privately funded project is $300,000.
The work will include demolition, new interior partitions, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, restaurant equipment, lighting and electrical systems, and mechanical improvements.
Construction is scheduled to begin Nov. 28, 2026, and be completed March 8, 2027. Project details and timelines are subject to change.
