Site plans have been submitted to the City of Hutto for a new Benzer Pharmacy location at 1311 Chris Kelley Boulevard. Benzer Pharmacy is a chain of independent retail pharmacies specializing in specialty drugs. The pharmacies also focus on medication management programs for people with complex chronic diseases such as Hepatitis, HIV, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), Dermatological conditions and Gastrointestinal Disorders (GI). The first Benzer Pharmacy opened in 2009. In just over a decade, the chain has grown to over 60 locations throughout Tennessee, Florida, Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia, Nevada, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
