Last month, Dutch Bros Coffee signed a ground lease for a location on “0.76 acres at Carmel Creek (US Hwy 79 & Chris Kelley Blvd, Hutto),” according to a Resolut RE announcement. This is the fourth Texas location in the works with a site plan submitted for a Round Rock location, College Station Location under construction and a coming Plano location recently reported by Community Impact.
“Having started from humble beginnings, as a single espresso pushcart in the small town of Grants Pass, Ore., the company now has 400+ locations in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Arizona,” according to the Dutch Bros website. The company touts “a plan that involves strategic, healthy growth, including having 800 locations by 2023.”
