Moath Zaben, the winner of last year’s Fort Worth Star-Telegram Best Burger in DFW poll wasn’t even originally on the ballot. DFW burger aficionados wrote-in Zaben’s Mo’s Best Eatery which ultimately beat out Metroplex burger legends like Jake’s Burgers, Rodeo Goat, Angry Dog, Chip’s, Haystack, and Slater’s to take the top prize.
Now, Zaben is bringing his flavorful burgers, as well as a complete menu featuring diverse offerings like Philly cheesesteaks, real northeast style pizza, fried chicken, pasta, creative salads, breakfast, burgers, and more, to the former El Pollo Rico building at 325 N. Bell Blvd. in Cedar Park.
The restaurant is now open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m in its drive-thru and cash only. They are only serving their burger menu until they staff up and get their credit card machines online. Eventually, the restaurant will serve full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, opening early and staying to serve late-night cravings.
