Cedar Park plans $7.4M Lakeline Boulevard shared-use path

A nearly 4-mile shared-use path is planned along Lakeline Boulevard in Cedar Park, according to a state filing.

The Lakeline Boulevard Shared Use Path project calls for construction of an 8- to 10-foot-wide path from New Hope Drive to Little Elm Creek. The project also includes demolition of the existing sidewalk along the route.

The project is estimated to cost $7.4 million and is expected to cover about 9.45 acres, or 411,642 square feet, according to the filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Construction is scheduled to begin Jan. 25, 2027, and be completed Jan. 21, 2028.

The filing lists the project as a renovation or alteration involving public funds, public land or a federally funded roadway project.
