The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office recognized Deputy Dickerson this week for reaching 15 years of service with the agency.
According to a social media post published by the Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Matthew Lindemann presented Dickerson with a service award commemorating the milestone.
“The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is beyond proud to congratulate and recognize Deputy Dickerson for his 15 years of service to our office and, most importantly, to the citizens of Williamson County,” the agency wrote.
The Sheriff’s Office said the award recognizes Dickerson’s dedication and contributions to both the department and the community he serves.
Long-service awards are commonly presented by law enforcement agencies to recognize employees who have demonstrated sustained commitment to public service over the course of their careers.
The Sheriff’s Office thanked Dickerson for his dedication and service, calling the 15-year mark a significant career achievement.
