Venvino Art Studios is planning a new location in Leander offering pottery painting, clay hand-building, canvas painting and other creative experiences.
The studio is planned for a 2,390-square-foot space at 2906 S. Bagdad Road, Building 4, Suite 420, in the Leander Shopping Center.
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the privately funded project will involve a $240,000 finish-out of an existing empty shell space. Construction is scheduled to begin Oct. 26 and be completed by Dec. 31.
Venvino describes its studios as welcoming spaces where people of all ages and skill levels can explore art, build confidence and connect with others. Its offerings include paint-your-own pottery, clay hand-building, acrylic painting on canvas, wood projects, glass painting and rotating specialty projects.
The company also hosts classes, camps, celebrations, special events and open-studio sessions.
